DCSfit works with people who want to understand why things aren’t holding, and rebuild their structure properly — not force motivation or chase short-term fixes.
This page explains how that process starts.
What this is (and isn’t)
This is not a sales funnel.
There is no pitch on the first call.
There is no obligation to continue.
You will not be asked to decide anything in the moment.
This is a conversation, designed to see whether the work is a fit — for you and for DCSfit.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
All it takes is 4 simple steps:
Step 1 — Initial contact

That’s it!
You’ll receive a short email explaining the next step and linking you to a more detailed questionnaire.
Step 2 — The questionnaire
The questionnaire is intentionally thorough.
It helps map where you are across health, stress, structure, and direction — and it allows any conversation we have to be specific and useful from the outset.
Completing it does not commit you to anything.
Step 3 — Review and response
Every submission is reviewed personally.
If it looks like a good fit, you’ll be offered a time for a free consultation / mapping call.
If it’s not the right fit, you’ll still receive thoughtful guidance or alternative suggestions.
Step 4 — The Conversation
The call is exploratory and practical.
We’ll clarify:
Where you are now
–
What’s not holding
–
What would realistically need to change
If working together makes sense, that will be explained clearly — including cost and expectations — but no decision is made on the call.
You’ll always be asked to take at least 24 hours before choosing whether to proceed.
A NOTE ON PRESSURE (or the lack of it)
DCSfit does not operate on urgency or persuasion.
If you’re looking for:

- accountability pressure
- motivational tactics
this won’t be a fit.
If you’re looking for:
- clarity
- structure
- a system that fits real life
then a conversation may be worthwhile.
